- We exchanged on a deal for a mixed-use development in 2025 on an allocated site within Hay-on-Wye, Powys. The land at Gypsy Castle Lane is a c.10-acre site, allocated within the adopted Powys County Council Local Development Plan (LDP) (adopted 2018) for mixed use development.
- Our scheme is expected to comprise of c. 84no. units, 1.45ha of employment land and include open space provision, an appropriate sustainable drainage system and meet wider national sustainability goals in terms of accessibility and energy efficiency.
- The site benefits from excellent road frontage onto the main Brecon Road as well as unrivalled views down the Wye Valley.
